Gold Sponsor

Gold sponsor’s logo shall appear and the branding of the gold sponsor will be promoted in all forms of published media (e.g. website, social media, banner, stage LED screen, program tentative, etc).

The gold sponsor is entitled up to maximum 35 seconds short advertisement video to be shown on the LCD screen. The sponsorship partner should prepare and provide the video before the event date for verification (No sensitive elements are allowed).

The gold sponsor’s banner (provided by the company) shall be displayed at the main entrance of the event premises with the priority after platinum sponsor.

An announcement of the gold sponsor shall be done during the opening ceremony and closing ceremony which shall be succeeded by announcement of other sponsors.

Industry collaboration discussions with Southern University College (SUC) can be arranged upon request from the company.

Gold sponsor is allowed to bring maximum three (3) company representatives in the event, lunch (Day 1) and refreshment (Day 2) will be provided.

The gold sponsor shall receive three (3) pieces of event t-shirts.

Gold sponsor’s logo shall appear on event t-shirts.

Gold sponsors will be allowed, with no surcharge, to conduct private sessions with students, as per desire.

A booth equipped with resume dropbox for exhibition / product display / campus recruitment etc. will be provided.

Gold sponsors will have unlimited access to a light refreshment area with no surcharge.

Gold sponsors will have priority access for booth selection
